Came here for some coffee in the morning with my family and loved it! I got an iced vanilla latte and it was very good and had a rich flavor. My parents got hot coffees including a cappuccino and tres leches which they really liked. Service was nice and quick. Pretty decent prices. The atmosphere was really cool and out the back door they have a sitting area right on the river which was really cool! Definitely coming here again!

If I lived in Waynesville this place would be my mainstay. It is massive inside and has a huge beautiful outdoor patio along a creek. So peaceful. (Frog Level Brewing is right next door and shares the same patio. I wish I could stay for a beer). Panacea has a great menu and coffee. The number of outlets (to plug your laptop into) was limited but I got by. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are in the area of Waynesville, NC, you have to visit Frog Level and see what’s going on at Panacea Coffee. Good coffee , good people . From the moment yo7 walk in the fresh smell of coffee being grounded just adds to the overall atmosphere . It is like a step out of the hustle and bustle and into a relaxed haven . You walk up to the counter to order , the they give you a number and someone brings your food out. We generally wait around for our coffee drinks and then venture out to sit by the creek . The coffee is delicious ,whether it’s just straight up coffWe or a delicious chai latte or any of their other specialty drinks l. The food is wonderful and even picky eaters like my wife can find something here . Last time she did the yogurt and granola cup and talked about it for two days . I had their breakfast sandwich , picture to follow , which they gladly did in a wrap for me instead of bread . Needless to say we never make a trip here without visiting Panacea so check it out and enjoy it and the rest of Frog Level

This is my first review but I have been here several times before. The customer service is always great and the owners are very nice people. The place has a peaceful vibe in a comfortable setting and the outside seating is right next to a nice running river. The food was fresh and very good and the coffee has always been very good. This is one of my ‘must stop by’ places when I visit the area.

This setting is wonderful on the river. Lots of sandwich and coffee options and a beautiful large rustic indoor space too. I didn’t see a changing table for my baby but I also didn’t ask. One of my favorite spots to stop when I visit!

Great local coffee! Very friendly and helpful staff. Many gluten free options - including the breakfast sandwich! Lots of seating and space to work. Beautiful outdoor patio space with tables and heat lamps.

First time here, and it won't be our last. There were multiple items on the menu that I wanted to try, but I finally decided on The Ruby with a side of broccoli salad. I also had a very refreshing blackberry lemonade. The sandwich was perfection. The toasted sourdough bread was delicious. Everything was made even better by sitting outside with a view of the creek. If you're in the Waynesville area, I definitely recommend you try this place out. I can't wait to go back and try the coffee and bagel sandwiches!

This is a hidden gem in Waynesville. They roast their coffee on site. They have several different blends. They also have craft sodas. The food menu has many excellent items. Service first class. If you like coffee you won’t be disappointed.
